Are You Joining Us In Paris?
I’ve added a new twist! Coming in October 2024
I’m calling it an “Alumni Trip”. There are many of you who have already been on the Little French Bakery’s tour of Paris. You’d love to go again, but you’d like more time to see and do things that maybe you didn’t have time to do last time.
Ta-da! I’ve created another version of the Paris Tour. Don’t you love Paris in the Fall?
Here’s the plan… We’ll fly into Paris, enjoy a short city tour (slightly different from the first), have our Champagne reception at the Hotel Madeleine and get settled. Early in the week, we’ll have a full day trip to Champange via coach. You’re feel the rest of the week until the Seine Dinner Cruise the evening before our departure. You’ll have lots of free time to explore! We’ll find lots of things to see and do.
Dates: October 26-November 2, 2024
Cost: Double $3,750, and Single $4,850 (this includes air, hotel, transfers, Champagne Tour, and Dinner Cruise) Stay tuned for the online registration form and flyer.
If you’re interested and would like to be on the contact list, please contact Lauren at Burkhalter Travel. Include your phone, email and sent to llindley@burkhaltertravel.com When registration is open, you’ll be sent a link to register.

If you’re interested and more questions, please contact Burkhalter Travel in Madison. Remember, you can meet us in Paris from any location. The team is great at helping with the itineraries so we all arrive about the same time, or you can arrive early or stay longer.
Are you going to Paris soon? In the About section, you’ll find my Paris Notebook and Paris Adventures. I’ve been keeping lists and ideas of things I’ve done and hope to do. I hope you find this section helpful.
Cookie Club!
We’re having a lot of fun in the Cookie Classes!
Join the fun! 2024 will be filled with cookies. This class will be held in-person every two months (February, April, June, August, October and and December, on the 2nd Thursday of the month. Your cookies and icing will be ready for you to decorate cute themed cookies. No experience necessary! We’ll be meeting in a gathering space in North Freedom, so there’s lots of room to spread out, and include more club member!

I’m Still Loving my Bosch Mixer!
I’m excited to let you know I’m working with Bosch to offer the great Universal Plus Mixer and wonderful attachments. I’ll be demoing the mixer on social media so you can see how it works. I’ve been really impressed with the power and the size of the bowl. It easily made six loaves of bread with ease. There’s a link below to explore the Bosch website. The available mixer attachments include an ice cream maker, food processor, mixer, juices and more.
It’s very powerful, but not too heavy to move around. And… it’s pretty!
Here’s a link to the Bosch Universal Mixer. Use the code LittleFrench at Check out for your discount!
I’ve been particularly impressed with the Baker’s Pack. There are multiple beaters for batters and doughs. If you take a peek, you’ll also see there’s a sifter attachment! If you have any questions, feel free to message me and I’ll answer if I can! I've added the links for a few of my favorite attachments. There’s free shipping on orders over $50.
Also, while you’re adding to your baking equipment. I really like Kerekes/Bakedeco. I’ve been shopping with them for many years. In case you’d like to check out their website, the link is below.
